Golf Pucks Practice Guides

Choose your system, learn the setup logic, and use the complete training guide to build a visible, repeatable practice reference.

Choose Your System

The strong recommendation is to start with a 1 Puck System. Add Pucks and rods as you define your needs.

  • 1 Puck: 1 Golf Puck with 42”, 36” and 18” guide rods.
  • 2 Puck: Keep Ball and Foot alignment together, then add a Target, Heel or Downswing reference.
  • 3 Puck: Three Pucks with six rods: 42”, 36”, 30”, 24”, 18” and 15”.
  • 4 Puck: Separate Ball, Foot, Downswing, Target, Heel and Clubface references.

Quick Setup

  1. Set every Golf Puck with its longer dimension parallel to your foot.
  2. Use lower ports for rods parallel to shoulders, hips and knees — the target direction.
  3. Use upper ports for rods parallel to the length of your foot.
  4. Match levels between connected Pucks so the system sits flat.
